Lon M. Mickelson provides Taxation and Transactional and Compliance services for the firm. Lon is a 1973 graduate of Stanford University School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate in 1970 from the University of Southern California.

Lon's practice specializes in federal and state corporate and partnership tax planning for service organizations including physicians, lawyers and consultants, tax and estate planning for high income and high net worth individuals and businesses, pension planning and probate. In addition, Lon's practice includes partnership, corporate and real estate transactions.

Lon is a member of the California and Oregon State Bar Associations and their tax and estate planning sections, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
